Friday April 12, 2013 a panel discussion at Pappajohn Business Building, and party afterwards at Wild Bill's Coffee Shop in North Hall. Saturday April 13 on Bill's actual birthday, events took place at Uptown Bill's, with harmonicas, cake, bands and more.
