Des Moines Screening of "A Friend Indeed"

"A Friend Indeed - The Bill Sackter Story" will be screening this Thursday August 6 (at 7 p.m.) at the classic Fleur Cinema & Cafe (4545 Fleur Drive, Des Moines, Iowa). Tickets are just $8 at the door.

Enjoy this inspirational documentary, and meet Filmmaker Lane Wyrick who will host a Q&A after the screening. Also, the newly release Deluxe Edition DVD will be available at the theater for a reduced price.

-"A Friend Indeed" was winner of the "Best Documentary" award at the Iowa Independent Film Festival. Lane Wyrick attended this three day festival in Clear Lake, Iowa where the documentary was screened twice to an enthusiastic crowd (there was no "Audience Award" available at the festival, so this was the top award available).
